These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the weibd platform and all its associated services. By visiting, browsing, registering with, or using the weibd website (https://weibd.cam) in any way, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.

This document forms a legally binding agreement between you and weibd. Please read it in full. If you do not agree with any term, you may not use this platform.

weibd is an online gaming and betting platform serving the Bangladesh market. We are committed to ensuring a safe, fair and entertaining environment. These Terms apply to all services on the platform — including slot games, sports betting, live casino, fishing games and other gaming services.

To open an account and use the services on weibd, you must meet the following conditions:

• One account: Each individual may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

3.1 Registration Process

To register on weibd, you must provide accurate personal information. If any information given at registration is found to be false or misleading, the account will be closed immediately.

• Active mobile number
• Email address
• Date of birth (to verify 21+)
• Payment method details (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay number)

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You will be personally responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

Allowing a third party to use, sell or transfer your account is strictly prohibited. If such activity is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed.

3.3 KYC Verification

weibd follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure secure transactions. Identity verification may be mandatory for withdrawals above a certain amount.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on weibd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred taka) by any method.

• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
• Deposit amounts must be in Bangladeshi taka (BDT/৳).
• Keep a record of every deposit transaction.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same account from which the deposit was made.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until active bonus wagering requirements have been met.

4.3 Transaction Cancellation

Transactions cannot be cancelled after a deposit has been made. A withdrawal request may be cancelled before processing begins. If an incorrect transaction occurs due to a technical error, contact support immediately.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus.

• Wagering requirement: A 15x (fifteen times) wager is required for the welcome bonus. This means that if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳15,000 in bets.
• If you withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Each account may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Attempting to claim a bonus through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

weibd's four-tier VIP program offers weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Progression through VIP tiers depends on your gaming activity and loyalty. Specific benefits and priority services are provided for each tier.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

All bonus offers have a specific validity period. If wagering requirements are not met within the set time, the bonus and any winnings from the bonus will be cancelled. weibd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on weibd are operated in a balanced and fair environment. Our platform features games from world-class providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi and Microgaming.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has specific minimum and maximum bet limits, which are clearly displayed in the game interface. Exceeding the set bet limits while using a bonus may result in the bonus being forfeited.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error or server issue, that round will be considered void and the wagered amount will be returned. Exploiting any technical advantage in an improper manner is prohibited.

6.4 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (including the FIFA World Cup) and other sports, the match result is the deciding factor. If a match is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the refund policy will apply.

Involvement in any of the following activities will result in the account being permanently closed immediately, and legal action may be taken:

• Fraud and cheating: Using any software, bots, hacking or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering: Using the platform with the intent to launder illegal funds.
• Multiple accounts: Operating more than one account by the same individual.
• Bonus abuse: Artificially claiming bonus benefits in violation of bonus terms.
• System attacks: Any form of attack or interference with weibd's servers, network or software.
• False identity: Operating an account under someone else's identity.
• Use of third-party funds: Depositing or withdrawing using another person's money or payment account.

8.1 Suspension by weibd

weibd reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close your account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
• Providing false information.
• In accordance with a legal order or regulatory directive.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw all balances from the account before making the request. If active bonus wagering requirements have not been met, the bonus will be cancelled.

8.3 Balance on Suspended Accounts

If an account is closed due to a violation, we will decide on returning the balance after an investigation. If fraud or money laundering is proven, all funds will be forfeited.
